Terms of Service

These terms apply to raindanceai.stream ("Raindance AI", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Raindance AI turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos based on popular short-video trends. Videos are generated by third-party AI models and may not always look exactly like the people in the photos.

Your photos and permission

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.
• Do not upload photos of minors, of public figures, or anything sexual, violent, hateful or illegal.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create your videos.

Your videos

You may use the videos you create for personal and social media use. You are responsible for how you post them, including labelling them as AI-generated where a platform requires it. Our videos do not include music. Add songs through each platform's licensed sound library.

Credits and refunds

Videos are paid with credits. Credits do not expire. If a video fails, or clearly does not look like the person in the photo, contact us and we will redo it or return the credits. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Not affiliated

Raindance AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with Dave, Tems, their labels, TikTok, Instagram or the Raindance Film Festival. Song and platform names are used only to describe the trend.
