What is free, and what uses credits?
| Option | Cost | Watermark | Your face | Effort |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CapCut photo templates | Some are free; check the template | Depends on the template | Often a photo edit or overlay | Low |
| AI app trial offers | Only if an offer is available | Check the offer | Depends on photo-input support | Usage and expiry limits vary |
| DIY with a prompt | Tool credits | Depends on the tool | Requires reference-photo support | High, needs tuning |
| Raindance AI (this site) | Paid per video | None | Photos personalize a selected scene | Preview, then add the requested photos |
Option 1: photo-editing templates
Search for the look in a photo or video editor such as CapCut. Check the template price and export rules before choosing it. An overlay or collage can make a quick trend edit, but it may not replace the performer in a new AI video.
Option 2: free trial credits
If an AI video app currently offers trial credits, check the expiry, resolution, watermark and photo-input rules. Trial offers change, and a failed or repeated attempt may consume the available credits.
Option 3: DIY with your own prompt
A copyable prompt is free to read, but the tool that generates the video may charge credits. Attach your photo using the tool’s supported input, choose a supported duration and vertical format, and review the result before using more credits.
When paying makes sense
- You want a ready-made reference scene and a clear photo-upload workflow.
- You want no watermark and a 9:16 file ready for TikTok.
- You prefer selected high-quality video models and playable, downloadable MP4 files.
- A confirmed technical failure restores the video creation used.
FAQ
Is there a completely free Raindance AI generator?
This site offers free browsing and prompt guides; personalized video generation is paid. Other tools may offer limited trials. Check their current terms rather than expecting unlimited free generation.
Is the CapCut template the same as the AI trend?
It depends on the selected template. Some editors animate or overlay a photo. Our studio uses the selected reference video with your photos to create a personalized clip.
